Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

These cookies are seriously amazing. I made them for my family for Thanksgiving yesterday and they went crazy for them! They're the perfect cakey texture and the cream cheese frosting tops it off perfectly. I hope you can make them and enjoy them as much as I did.

  • 2 eggs                                                      *3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin                            *3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups flower                                           *1 1/2  tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
